No, you do not need to be present.
Come to the office during business hours to borrow the key once we verify residency. After hours you will have to contact a locksmith since maintenance personnel does not have access to electronic files to verify residency.
Yes but items must be returned to its original form before moving out.

Our community offers a swimming pool, fitness center, tennis court, play court, playground, dog park, and car wash station among the amenities available to our residents.

Yes, it is on a first come first serve basis (not assigned parking).
There is a $300.00 pet fee along with $10.00 monthly pet rent.
Each apartment comes with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and washer and dryer set.
No, we do not offer furnished apartments at this time.
Yes. We have 7 to 11 month leases for $125.00 monthly premium on top of market rent.

Yes. There is a lease lock fee of $31.00 (if applicable), pest control of $1.25 , property damage waiver of $13.00, trash for $25.00, water and sewer.
No but you are required to go under the property damage waiver program which is $13.00 per month. We do encorage renters to have their own policy.

We set up our new resident with the water company. Electricity must be set up with Florida Power and Light (FPL), and proof of FPL account must be provided upon move-in.

Residents are responsible for guest damages. Residents must accompany guests when using the amenities, a guest that is in the apartment for more than 14 days must be registered at the leasing office.
